We are a document preparation company legal bonded and registered with Los Angeles County (LDA # 2018007072). Since we can NOT give legal advice, we prepare the legal forms. You then file in the appropriate court. In fact, we help you complete the same forms attorneys would complete but at the fraction of the price.

  • All of our services can be done remotely. We are set up to complete the services for you so that you do not have to come to the office.

  • While our services are highly specialized, nuanced and technical we don’t charge by the minute or the hour. Instead, we charge ONE flat fee. We promise, if you have ANY questions, please reach out to us and we are happy to provide the answer! In fact, we have been there before and that is why our services are very reasonable.

    Depending upon the complexity of your matter, we can complete your paperwork in as fast as 48 hours. In the case of Unlawful Detainers (Evictions)  are given priority and in most cases can be prepared the same day. This of course depends upon the accuracy of the information you provide to us and any follow-up requests for information. Some matters depending on the complexity could take longer but regardless we are one of the quickest in the industry.

If you live in another state and require document preparation in California, we are happy to help. Otherwise, it is best to contact an attorney or legal document preparation company in your state.

  • Unfortunately, court filing/fees are NOT included in our prices. However, in some cases, fee waivers are available and can be filed with the appropriate court or governmental body.

  • Unlike most attorneys and other legal document preparation firms, who are only open during normal business hours, we are open 24 hours/7 days a week to take your calls. Our office team and legal document assistants are available to work with you on your time. In other words, our staff works flexible hours.
